Slaab

This Shipping and Exchange Policy applies to the Slaab mobile application, provided by DEFT AND TACT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED ("Deft & Tact", "we", "us" or "our").

1. No physical shipping

Slaab is a digital software application delivered entirely through the Apple App Store and Google Play, and its Pro subscription is a digital service accessed within the App. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical products, samples, or materials, so no shipping charges, delivery timelines, or courier services apply to anything purchased through Slaab.

2. Delivery of digital access

When you install the App or activate a Pro subscription, access is granted digitally and immediately through your Apple or Google account, subject to that store's standard processing. There is no separate shipment or delivery step.

3. Materials and visualizations shown in the App

The materials, textures, and products displayed and visualized within the App are shown for reference, inspiration, and presentation purposes only. Slaab does not process orders for these materials or arrange their shipping. Any purchase, sampling, or delivery of a physical material or product is a separate transaction directly between you and the relevant supplier or manufacturer, and is governed by that supplier's own shipping and exchange terms.

4. Exchanges

As Slaab does not sell physical goods, there is no product exchange process. If you experience a technical issue with the App or your Pro subscription (for example, a feature not unlocking after purchase), contact us and we will help resolve it; billing corrections for app-store purchases are handled by Apple or Google as described in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

5. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App.
